That's my assessment of this second novel in Gail Carriger's “The Parasol Protectorate” series, Changeless. Book Review: Changeless (Parasol Protectorate #2) by Gail Carriger. Don't read the blurb for book #3 'Blameless' until you've read 'Changeless'… because there are BIG, HUGE spoilers. In all there are five books in the series, this is something I have to say I like, an author who knows when to finish a series of books. The Parasol Protectorate novels are: Soulless, Changeless, Blameless, Heartless and Timeless. Also look for Carriger's new Young Adult series: Finishing School. I am completely in love with Gail Carriger and her 'Parasol Protectorate - Alexia Tarabotti' series. Series: The Parasol Protectorate #2. But I've got through quite a few already. The last time that I wrote about Alexia Tarabotti (now Lady Maccon), she was thwacking Major Canning for his impudence. Though to be fair, he had not been told she was Lady Maccon. The first volume Etiquette and Espionage is out now! I'm loving this genre and thought I'd share my list so far (I'm always looking for more to add) Read in 2011.
