I finished the Eisenhorn Omnibus a few weeks ago and right now I couldn't be more hot for Warhammer 40K. Pariah: Ravenor vs Eisenhorn (Warhammer 40,000). As far as Eisenhorn goes, it's one of the better sci-fi novels I've ever read, forget that it's WH 40k, forget that it's derivative fiction. The Eisenhorn omnibus — comprised of the trilogy Xenos, Malleus and Hereticus, and a couple of short stories — chronicles Eisenhorn's transformation from devout (though not quite orthodox) Inquisitor to someone who is a lot more sympathetic to the ways of Chaos. Being overall satisfied with Dan's writings I decided to pick up the Eisenhorn omnibus a while ago and finally sat down and got to reading it. It's set in the Warhammer 40k universe, and is centered around the title character, who is an Imperial Inquisitor. If any of you ever have the chance, check it out. 51r8N7pDVLL Pariah: Ravenor vs Eisenhorn (Warhammer 40,000). I have to say overall that I liked the I actually enjoy omnibuses, at least of Warhammer 40k books, because they're usually about $15 and contain three or four books which individually would cost $24-32 (Averaging about $8 a book) and it takes up less shelf space than the individual books. Needless to say these awesome This novel is a landmark in Black Library's publishings as it was the first 40k novel to go into the lives of ever day citizens in the Imperium and because of that I will do my best to make this one of the richest and most detailed games of Dark Heresy that will ever be played. I've been told that Dan Abnett gets good–but Eisenhorn (I have the omnibus, so fuck what all the individual novels are called) was his first foray into novel writing, I believe, and I facepalmed so heard throughout all of them. Throughout the books, Eisenhorn finds himself having to use increasingly desperate and There are also two short stories available, both of which can be found in the doorstopping omnibus edition. Ultramarines Omnibus Grey Knights Omnibus Space Wolves 1st Omnibus Ciaphas Cain Omnibus Eisenhorn Omnibus Ravenor Omnibus Blood Angels Omnibus Warrior Brood Warrior Coven Dark Apostle Dark Disciple Daemon World Fulgrim Empire Nagash the Sorcerer Malekith Warhammer 40,000. Eisenhorn is a trilogy of novels by Dan Abnett set in the Warhammer 40000 universe, following the adventures of Inquisitor Eisenhorn and his retinue as they combat the enemies of the Imperium of Man. The things that make It's a rich universe – Eisenhorn taps into the bountiful, well-thought-out world of Warhammer 40K gaming that has developed over more than two decades. I'm reading this and it's amazing. Set within the timeline of Dan Abnett's mostly excellent Eisenhorn omnibus, which is one of the classics of Black Library fiction and a very good introductory set of novels to get your feet with the Warhammer 40,000 setting. I recently reread the Eisenhorn omnibus and I have got to say, it is a really cool story. Was his editor a * puts on 40k nerd hat* The Eisenhorn series was actually created specifically to roll out a new specialty game for Games Workshop called Inquisition and Abnett had to take a lot of input from GW to help it tie in better to the game.
